Whether you like to be close to nature and do your own meals in our camping site, or you like to have your creature comforts close at hand, we have an option to suit your group.
All accommodation options are available for check-in from 5pm on Friday, and check-out is 9am on Sunday morning. For our catered options, you’ll enjoy all meals from a light supper on Friday night through to a hot breakfast on Sunday morning (that’s 2 suppers, 2 hot breakfasts, plus lunch and the Plaza dinner on Saturday!)

spark cancellation policies
Accommodation Cancellation Deadline: Friday, 11 July 2025
Any accommodation booking cancellations must be made in writing via email to KCC. All accommodation cancellations for KCC in-person events are non-refundable after the event cancellation cut-off date. Any accommodation cancellation requests received prior to or on Friday 11 July 2025 will be provided a refund according to the schedule provided.
