Staying onsite at KCC is hands-down the easiest way to do Spark. You’ll be close to the action, have your meals sorted, and get a full weekend away in the beautiful Blue Mountains with your people.

Whether you’re keen for camping vibes and DIY meals, or you want comfort and catering taken care of, there’s an option to suit everyone.

Good to know before you book:

Check-in: from 5:00pm Friday

Check-out: by 9:00am Sunday

Catered options include all meals from Friday night supper through to Sunday breakfast 
(2 suppers, 2 hot breakfasts, plus lunch and Plaza dinner on Saturday)

Room allocation: 
Rooms are allocated by group* and gender. Some rooms may be shared with other same-gender groups if needed, but don’t worry, we won’t split you from your friends or group. Couple-only rooms aren’t available. Thanks for understanding! This helps us fit as many people onsite as possible.
 
* Groups are identified by the group created at registration or the church name entered.

Important: Accommodation does not include a Spark ticket. Please purchase your conference ticket separately.

Spark Cancellation Policies

Accommodation Cancellation Deadline: Friday, 17 July 2026

Any accommodation booking cancellations must be made in writing via email to KCC. All accommodation cancellations for KCC in-person events are non-refundable after the event cancellation cut-off date. Any accommodation cancellation requests received prior to or on Friday 17 July 2026 will be provided a refund according to the schedule provided.
